Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add your favorite items to your cart, and complete checkout with your preferred payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, changed, or canceled. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive one, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing. After processing, delivery usually takes 10–14 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email provided at checkout.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipment. Delays can also occur due to carrier processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of LuxeAllure’s control.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final. LuxeAllure does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Are your products available exactly as shown?

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.
