Thank you for shopping with LuxeAllure. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance (if applicable), and other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
LuxeAllure is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to complete delivery.
LuxeAllure is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after they have been marked as shipped. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
