Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, LuxeAllure may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for eligible items. Refunds will not be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

LuxeAllure is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
